We have ambitions to grow and diversify, and new housing development and further acquisition is a key part of our Futures Strategy. We build and acquire to:

  • Increase the supply of housing in areas that are in or close to South Manchester, improving the range and choice of housing available for those who currently have limited or no access to a decent, safe and secure home
  • Generate financial surplus that can be used to help fund our core business and social objectives

We work in Manchester City Council, Trafford Council, Salford City Council, Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council and Cheshire East Council areas. We are currently delivering 291 Shared Ownership homes through the Shared Ownership and Affordable Homes Programme (SOAHP) with funding from Homes England. We also deliver new homes for Affordable Rent, Outright Sale and Market Rent.
