In our last strategic review in 2019, your feedback and ideas showed a strong community spirit with the need to increase opportunities and make better places for you to live. As a result, we decided - with your help - that Southway's vision should be 'Thriving Communities' with homes that people are proud of; safe places where people choose to live work and play, and feel like they belong.
Since then, this vision has guided us, making sure that we work together towards a common goal that truly matters to the communities we serve. For example, our Community Investment Strategy outlines specific actions and objectives including carrying out surveys, making sure the information we share is accessible, involving customers in decision-making, and improving customer service, especially when things don't always go to plan.
