We have vacancies on our Parent Board and Audit and Risk Committee - and you could be just the right fit for our governance structure.
For Parent Board we would be particularly interested in hearing from individuals who have experience in financial management and strategy including experience in accountancy and audit, treasury Management, or other roles in the financial sector.
We would also like to invite any interested applicants to observe our next Board Meeting on 19th March, prior to submitting your application, if you wish to.
For Audit and Risk Committee we are particularly members with experience in Property Health and Safety Compliance. The role might be particularly suited to someone working in an Executive Director position, although we will consider all applicants with relevant skills. This would be an excellent personal development opportunity for a senior professional, to develop skills and experience in a non-executive role whilst committing less time than a full Parent Board Member position would demand.
