With the festival of Eid al-Fitr taking place next week we will have a reduced number of staff working in our Customer Hub from Monday 31st March to Wednesday 2nd April.

Please only call us during this time if it is urgent and you have no other way of accessing our services. This will mean the team can assist those who really need our help.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience this will cause you. You can report routine repairs, check your rent account and pay your rent through our online customer portal. There is lots of information about our services on our website where you can also find the contact form to get in touch with the Customer Hub with non-urgent enquiries.
