Join our new Repairs Service Improvement Group - 19th November

Would you like to get involved in helping to make our Repairs Service better?

We want our tenants’ voices to run through everything we do, which is why we’d love for you to join our new Repairs Service Improvement Group and hear your views.

By joining the group, you can tell us what matters to you in terms of what a repairs service should provide.

You can help shape the choices for our improvement programme for your homes and the out of hours service we provide for you.

You can tell us what we should be measuring with our performance indicators. and What does a good repairs service look like.

The first meeting takes place at 6pm on Tuesday, 19^th November in the Community Room at Minehead Court, Withington, M20 1NF.
