We’re carrying out inspections of a number of the homes we provide for tenants to provide security for part of our borrowing.

These are being done on our behalf by Jones Lang LaSalle, a firm of Chartered Surveyors.

Please note that this is not an inspection to highlight repair issues. You can report routine repairs through our online customer portal or please visit our contact us page for other ways to reach us.

These inspections are part of a rolling programme of inspections required by our lenders and will not lead to any change to your tenancy or to your rent.

They will be making visits between the dates 1st and 19th July 2024 and will be calling on some residents to view properties internally.

Please note that the surveyors will not call on everyone. If you are not in when they call, they will not leave a card or call back, but will visit another property instead. Please do not make any special arrangements around their timetable.

However, if you are in when the surveyors call, it would be greatly appreciated if you could co-operate in giving them access to your home. Their inspections (which may include taking photographs) will last only a few minutes, and they will not disturb your home in any way.

The surveyors will carry a copy of this letter as well as Jones Lang LaSalle company identification.
