Our reception area will be open 9am to 3pm as normal. You can find many of our services and book routine repairs through our tenant portal at www.southwayhousing.co.uk.
Our usual Customer Hub phone service will resume from 8am on Thursday 22nd August.
While we’re always happy to speak to you, there are other ways to reach us which might be faster for you. These include the online form on our Contact Us Page, which sends the Customer Hub team an email. Or you can also use our online customer portal to report routine repairs, check your rent account, and much more.
