We have retained our V1 G1 regulatory grading from the Regulator of Social Housing.

G1 is the highest of four possible ratings rating for governance, demonstrating that a housing provider is properly run. V1 is the highest rating for providing services that are financially viable.
 
We are really proud to be a well-run and financially secure organisation, and that we were able to demonstrate that.

This result will not only give confidence to the regulator, our external partners and funders, but also gives us a really solid foundation on which to deliver our Futures Strategy.
