Our regular Southway services will be closed between Christmas and New Year. Our Customer Hub phonelines will close from 11.30am on Tuesday 24th December, and our Customer Reception at Southern Gate will close at midday.

The Hub phonelines will reopen to take your calls and messages at 8am on Thursday 2nd January. Our Customer Reception at Southern Gate will reopen at 9am on that day

We will still be operating an out of hours service over the Christmas and New Year period, for emergency cases only. If you need to book an emergency repair, please call us on 0161 448 4200.
