Estate Walkabouts

You have told us you want us to have a more visible presence in your community, and to get to know your local officers.

In response to this we brought back our Estate Walkabouts, which have also given our staff more opportunities to connect with tenants and local residents and be able to pick up some practical outcomes, like checking our green spaces, and logging visible external repairs and tenancy issues.

Our walkabouts are the perfect time to speak to us about your community, find out what we’re doing in your area, highlight any issues, and just generally have a chat!

Our next walkabouts are listed below:

  • Tuesday, 22 April, Old Moat and Withington walkabout, starts at 10am, meet at corner of Meltham Avenue / Golborne Avenue
  • Thursday, 10 April, Catterick Road walkabout, starts at 10am, meet at corner of Parrs Wood Road / Catterick Road
  • Thursday, 1 May, Merseybank walkabout, starts at 10am, meet at Barlow Moor Community Centre
  • Wednesday, 14 May, Arrowfield Estate walkabout, starts at 10am meet at the corner of Foxbench and Arrowfield Road
